The Adventure Inn has been beautifully restored and features a huge stone fireplace with gas logs in the central dining and living room area.
Slope side home in the winter months to Snow Riders which allows for excellent access to the tubing runs. Lights and potentially other guests on the slope may be seen from the home.
Central Heat and Air Conditioning, Washer/Dryer/Linens Provided, 3 fireplaces - gas in great room, electric in sitting room and master bedroom, King Beds in each master bedroom, 2 sets of bunk beds, one bedroom with 2 double beds on main floor. Convertible Bed: sleeper sofa in living area.

Really more of a 4.5 than a 4 but VRBO doesn’t allow a half option lol.Laura was super responsive before, during and after our trip and was very accommodating when we accidentally left an important item. The house was more than big enough for our family and while we didn’t partake in the snow tubing nearby - it looked like a lot of fun! The only negative was the temperature inconsistency in the house - some rooms were cold and some were very warm! That being said it wasn’t unexpected with an older home and we managed just fine. Thanks again for such a great stay!

First, the place itself is amazing! Huge house, with plenty of room for our large family. Very well maintained with lots of amenities to make our stay comfortable. Laura made us feel right at home, ensuring that we had everything that we needed throughout our stay. Very convenient location to food, hiking, stores, and even snow tubing (maybe 300 yards away). I would highly recommend to anyone looking for quiet, while still having things within a short driving distance. Will book again in a month or so for snow tubing.

Location was great. Close to Harpers Ferry and Charles Town. But also close to highway 340.Kitchen dated. Plenty of room to spread out.

Overall this was a great place to get away to. Wasn’t ready at checkin time of 1600 and there was a delay. Updates could be made to blinds that were broken, and making sure the hot tub was ready to go at checkin as it took a full day for it to heat up and be usable. Overall management quick to respond to a concern.
