Clean, spacious and perfect location to the beach. 5 minute walk to the south village beach which is great and has a few sand bars. Great place to stay for the 4th of July!

Quaint and charming house. 5 min walk to the beach. Dan has beach chairs & beach toys to use at the beach so no need to bring your chairs. House is well stocked. Numerous restaurants nearby as well as a fish market within walking distance to pick up fresh fish to make for dinner. Grocery store is 3 miles away and easy to get to. Enjoyed our week here!

thermostat not user friendly no vent upstairs bath not a pleasant place to sit outside yard needs work back stairs need work somewhat dated just because it's near beach needs to offer a little more special atmosphere rent a little high for what is offered
