About this house rental
Belle Cottage is located 900metres from the town centre in a lovely cottage garden centre. The North-East Rail Trail is located in the same street. We are a few doors from the Forest Eco-centre tourist attraction, 15 minutes from the Bridestowe Lavender farm, Barnbougle Dunes Links Golf Course, the beach, rainforest and many famous Tasmanian vineyards, such as Piper's Brook. The world famous Blue Derby mountain bike trails around are 30 minutes away.
The cottage is very spacious and contains all conveniences and modern quality fittings. It has 2 bedroons, a full kitchen, laundry, bathroon, lounge, dining area, laundry, patio and a large lock-up garage for car or bike storage. There is a paved wash down area suitable for bike washing.
Pets can be catered for in the yard or the garage by prior arrangement (NOT inside)
Cottage features
The cottage features main bedroom with queen size bed and a 2nd bedroom with double bed. There is a single bed in the living room area and a fold-out bed is available on request. A cot is available for babies/toddles on request. There is a large enclosed deck area which is excellent for children to play on while you relax inside. The large backyard features a lawn area and pleasant cottage garden.
The cottage is also highly suitable for couples, singles and corporate stays. It is very spacious and fully equipped with all comforts. There is ample heating - electric, wood heater and electric blankets. Long term and corporate rates are available on request.
Local attractions
Belle Cottage is ideally located near the town centre, but in a quiet rural setting. You have a lovely view of surrounding mountains and rural countryside. The North-East Rail Trail passes through Scottsdale 1km from the cottage in the same street.
Scottsdale is the heart of the north-east and the perfect base to explore the area. You are 15 minutes from beautiful beaches and the Barbougle Links Golf Course, rainforests, fishing, bushwalking. The town is very well equipped and will accommodate all your requirements including a specialist bike shop with bike hire.

Property was clean and tidy - everything as expected. Great to have full kitchen facilities. Beds comfortable. All we needed for a quick overnight stay after lots of travelling.

The lay out of the place is terrific. The kitchen has everything you need. It was beautifully warm when we needed it. We spent hours at the water park both days. It was unfortunate that the mattresses were hard.but the place itself and the communication was excellent.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Had everything you would need. Neat and clean. Instructions easy to follow. Have already tried to book another stay here but it is very popular. Can't wait to come back.

We enjoyed our stay but:
General maintenance required in house and garden.
TV hard to operate.
Bathroom & toilet not spacious.
Kitchen cupboard hard to open.
Difficult to get & return key from box
