Cozy apartment with everything you need for a great vacation. Very clean and pleasant. Well equiped with everything you can think of like hair dryer, iron, ironing board, washing machine, laundry drying rack etc. Conveniently located just a few tram stops from all the main attractions. Kind and accommodating hosts.

Convenient, clean and quiet

Traffic transportation is good. Air conditioned.

Parking fee is really high on the street and even private garage. Though there is a kitchen but no knives, forks and cutting board.

The host was helpful.

The room was full of mosquitos and we could not sleep for 2 nights. The boiler is so loud that you cannot go to the bathroom while others are sleeping. The beds are not comfy.

Disappointing

The location was good. Finding parking was difficult. All kitchen items were good for use.

Wifi was not working for one day. Hot water was a problem all the days of our stay as only Hot water was sufficient only for 2 people to take shower. The Induction cooker was locked on the first day and was unable to operate.

The apartment was great and clean and located only a short walk from the tram.

The apartment was easy to access with Alina's instructions, and she was also kind to give us instructions for a parking garage where we could leave our car for two nights, as there were no parking spaces available on the streets around the apartment. This was very helpful to us! There was no breakfast, but the fridge had a fresh bottle of water for us which was nice. We were able to enjoy some coffee on our arrival, but unfortunately there were only a few capsules and we could've used more. :) The bed was comfy and the apartment was clean, so we were happy with our choice.

The apartment is in the first floor and the noises from outside could be well heard inside the apartment, but earplugs helped a bit while sleeping.

the location was good. conditioner was working, everything was clean, Wi-Fi was good.

when we first came into apartment it smells like cigarettes. the sofa bed was awful, it made creaking sound on every move. it was really bothering, you wake up on every move because of the sound. there wasn’t big kitchen knife to cut something bigger. there wasn’t pan and olive oil for the cooking. we couldn’t close the windows and the street was pretty noisy. and there wasn’t much daylight.

Easy check-in. The keys was in a locker box. The apartment is on the ground floor, so it's easily accessible. Easy to reach from the city centre by bus or tram. There are some good restaurants.

Very nice stay in this fully fetched mini apartment.

Superb and timely communication with owner. Excellent location close to tram stop reaching the center in 10 minutes. Has all what you need to stay comfortably. Fully fetched kitchen with utensils. Nice antique office desk, otherwise the rest was modern and practical. Coffee machine with capsules, maps and guides to the city and region were available.

the apartment was very clean and nice, host was super friendly, easy to reach and gave us tips around the city. Location is a little bit of center, but right around the corner is a train station that takes you straight to the center every 5 minutes and is very cheap and easy to use.

Esta bastante cerca de una estacion de tranvia y se llega rapido al centro.

No tenia microhondas y el piso es muy oscuro, entra poca luz por las ventanas y hacia un poco de frio, el aireacondicionado no era capaz de calentar la estancia.

Il punti di forza della sistemazione sono senza dubbio la completezza delle dotazioni a disposizione sufficienti per 4 ospitio (stoviglie, bicchieri, posate, elettrodomestici, ecc.), la pulizia e la vicinanza alla fermata della tramvia di Firenze (linea T2). Quanto detto ad un prezzo concorrenziale rispetto ad altre strutture a Firenze.

il piano terra non è la migliore tra le possibilità (ma comunque in una zona tranquilla e non trafficata).

Wenn man keine all zu hohen Ansprüche hat, ist es eine gute Unterkunft allein oder als Gruppe.

Für zwei Personen gute Größe, Vermieterin war sehr freundlich, saubere Unterkunft. Mit der Bahn kommt man schnell ins Zentrum.

Die Wohnung ist etwas dunkel, da sich der Sichtschutz an den Fenster nicht entfernen ließ. Daher kam das Tageslicht immer leicht gedämpft in die Räume und wir mussten häufig auch tagsüber das Licht einschalten.

Na prespanie stačí

Električka a obchod boli blízko, možnosť parkovať.

Steny boli nedomaľovanéa pôsobili špinavo, nad sprchovym kutom opadavala farba, v byte bolo strasne vela komárov a nechápem ako sa tam vždy dostali- uz sme sa bali aj vetrať aj ked bola na oknách sieťka. Museli sme si kupit v obchode odpudzovač do zásuvky ale aj tak sme všetci strasne doštípaní. V byte bol smrad ktorý zrejme prerážal z kúpeľne- vždy ked sme sa vrátili do bytu a vošli do kúpeľne, mysleli sme ze sa z toho smradu niekto povracia. V byte je umývačka riadu ale kapsule na umývanie sme si museli kupit- nechala som dve pre dalších ubytovaných 🤦🏻‍♀️. Indukčná platňa je fajn ale kavu v Mokka kanvicke si na nej neurobíte ale je tam kapsulovy kávovar. Na fotkách vyzera byt oveľa krajšie a priestrannejšie… Suma sumárum- na prespanie stačí…
