Only one night, but it exceeded our expectations and had every facility that we needed and more.

Clearly a labour of love for the owners - 3 years of renovation have resulted in a cool, characterful home. Quality fixtures and fittings, excellent workmanship and decor combine to make a lovely environment. The outside seating aea was very pleasant, and the fact that the property is built into the rockface (along with neighbouring interesting old buildings) makes for a unique experience. The free-standing bath en suite to the ground floor bedroom is a thing of joy!

Bien mais sans plus

Lieu très joliment agencé, au calme, à 30 minutes de Tours. Petit jardin qui permet de manger dehors. Barbecue présent.

Poussière de plâtre qui tombe du plafond en permanence dans la cuisine uniquement. La salle de bain troglodyte ne présente pas le même souci. La salle de bain du bas n'est pas pratique. Peu d'ustensiles de cuisine et vraiment le strict minimum : Pas de pq, pas de sel, sucre, huile ... On n'est prévenu qu'après la réservation qu'il n'y a rien (on n'est là que pour quelques jours, c'est embêtant de devoir tout acheter !) Escalier en colimaçon et étroit.

Idéal pour visiter les châteaux !

L'emplacement est parfait pour rayonner dans la région et visiter les châteaux. Le logement est au calme et très agréable et le propriétaire nous a accueilli chaleureusement.

L'escalier en colimaçon pour monter à l'étage est un peu raide (pas pour une personne âgée par exemple) mais une chambre est disponible au rez-de-chaussée donc zéro souci. Et s'agissant d'un logement semi-troglodyte il y a beaucoup d'humidité à l'intérieur. Notamment dans la cuisine et la chambre du bas. Des deshumidificateur sont installés dans la maison et il ne faut pas hésiter à les utiliser (un peu bruyant par contre).
