Fantastic

The cottage was stunning with excellent views surrounding. Inside was very clean, the extra touch of chocolates was special and unexpected. The hot tub was ready to go and was amazing at night. We were lucky to have a clear night to see all the stars. It was a great treat to have the robes provided, and I really liked the towels engraved. It was a great weekend overall, and I would highly recommend it.

Lovely property. Very comfortable beds. Everything we needed was provided. A well stocked kitchen and the heated airer was so useful for drying swimming stuff after the hot tub. The hot tub towels were great. Communication in advance was excellent. All information was provided and questions were answered promptly. Quiet location but easy to get in to Perth.

Before arriving I thought it was quite expensive but after my stay I feel it was worth the money!

Keys were in a lock box, easy to locate at the property and pin number was provided prior to my arrival.

Nothing. Everything was perfect 1 suggestion would be, some form of milk in the property as everything else was there for hot drink.

Top quality cottage in a great location and friendly owners.

The cottage was in a good location being just outside of Perth, so you could access shops and facilities easily, but you had the advantage of being located in the countryside. We had a warm welcome by the owner of the cottage and shown how to use the hot tub and the amenities. The kitchen was stocked with tea, coffee, etc…and they left us fresh eggs from their chickens. There was a hotel feel with the bathrooms being stocked with shampoo, body wash and in the bedrooms you had towels, bathrobes and slippers. Cottage is all on one level and excellent for anyone with any mobility issues. Definitely on my favourite list for when we return to visit Perth or surrounding area.

There wasn’t anything we could say that we didn’t like about the cottage.

The house was exceptionally clean, decorated to a very high standard and very well equipped. The hot tub was gorgeous and the hostess extremely helpful.

Great stay at a beautiful cottage!

The cottage is beautiful 😍 very clean and has everything you need and I mean everything! The rooms are lovely and beds are comfy. There is a nice big garden and lovely views of the river and the hills. The location is great too - only a 5 minute drive to Perth and Tesco is just down the road. You are provided with 2 towels and a bath robe each, one is for the hot tub which has "riverview retreat hot tub towel" embroidered on it. I thought this was a lovely touch. Debbie has definitely went all out to make sure her guests have a relaxing and comfortable stay. Debbie is a great host and popped in when we arrived to welcome us and if we needed anything she responded quickly. The hot tub was the best and we spent our evenings relaxing in there with our music connected to it and the little fountains flowing. There is also sky and netflix if you just wanted to relax and watch a movie. This is probably the best equipped self catering accommodation I have been to, it even has kids cutlery and plates if you are visiting with the children! I would definitely recommend staying in the riverview retreat and I can't wait to go back. Thank you Debbie 😊

Ticked all the boxes!

Lovely fresh cottage with amazing views from lounge. Spacious lounge and a welcoming jar of quality street sweets! The owners are in the process of adding a hot tub which will be a bonus! Oh and can’t not mention the chickens they are adorable !

We had hoped to walk along the river bank but Deborah explained one way would have taken us to the sewage farm and the other to a rundown boat yard, pity but didn’t effect our stay.

Absolutely beautiful home, location. Every thing you could possibly need is catered for.

Nothing could have improved the wonderful location, cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality of Debbie and her husband. We had the most wonderful time, and are hoping to revisit this summer. I throughly recommend this as a holiday venue.
