Room was small but we booked last minute and only slept on there so that wasn’t an issue. Very straightforward check in with owners waiting for us!!
Easy to find, a walk from the centre of Blackpool but this wasn’t an issue for us.

Liked location and refurbishment its had done from when I stayed last time. Comfortable bed.
Boy was helpful checking in. No lift. Top floor. No help on check out. Main manager was very verbally rude when I asked for assistance with my suitcase downstairs. Didn't provide help. No extra loo rolls had to buy my own. No towels provided at check in. Had big leak that travelled all down the walls on the right side of building. Didn't empty bedroom bin either.
