    Great location. The one time i saw staff (check in) she was nice. Id booked late due to cancellation. Parking is other side of building if there space. It is free though, but couldnt move car for 3 days in case we lost space. So parking available as advertised is not strictly true. We had no lamp in room .blinds broken. Hairs in few places . Biggest issue is lay out. Very small room fair but you have to put kettle on the floor to be able to plug it in.?? Tge mugs were chipped. 3 pillows on bed hiding the fact tge bed wasny made correctly ie all mattress on show under pillows. Sheets moved so my son ended up actually sleeping on mattress. No replacement of milk or coffee etc so i went to shop and bought some. As when we went to reception to ask noone was around. £20 cash deposit requested for remote and key (fair but not informed on booking confirmation) Its student esc accommodation . No WiFi unless your staying in a front room. The doors are so heavy my son wasnt able to hold them. So not awful just not pleasent
