Basic but clean

Average stay, however price is reflective of this

Location was fine. Convenient to restaurants and the piers.

Not very clean. No bath mat or hand towels. Very noisy after 10pm. Street and surrounding areas were quite chaotic. Unexpected bond charge of £20 CASH needed on check in. And local atms had no cash available. Parking in close proximity wasn’t possible. And had to find parking quite far away which was difficult.

Not happy won't stay there again

Bed very uncomfortable, Room cramped, Bathroom Mould on Walls, Slow running water, Couldn't use sink as bathroom wall cupboard was to low. Couldn't open curtains.

Everything not an enjoyable stay. Could do with a complete renovation. Will not recommend to anyone.

My kids enjoyed it

That it was right by the beach and there where shops close by

That it wast a good size for a family of five. And it was very hot in the room even with windows open

Location was close to shops and beach. Bed was really comfy

The family room was at the top of the building so no good if you have a buggy or pram. The room was ok the beds were comfy the bathroom was ok the shower was very small. The room needed some DIY doing to it .Also there was no point paying a £20 refundable deposit for any damage because they never checked the room before they gave us the money back.

The lady behind reception was lovely and polite. Everything worked in the room, TV , shower , toilet, the sink was full of cracks but clean. Good location. However.......

Dirty entrance and reception and hallways. Our room looked out onto an alleyway with one old curtain pulled across the window. The outlook was covered in bird dropping and rubbish. Very run down and old buildings. Mattress, bedding and towels are very old and stained. Very dated throughout, I would be very surprised if it passed any health,safety and fire inspections. I slept on my own bedding and used my own towels. 2 nights of very little sleep!

They ripped us off... my advice stay far away from this place.

Good stay, would use again

The staff were lovely and very approachable. The hotel was very clean. Warm, has tea/coffee/tea biscuits in room which help keep you going while you get ready. Shower was great.

The bed was firmer than I'd like and it was slightly hard to find. Parking is also a little difficult but staff were helpful in offering local places to park.

Disgusting!

Good location

Rude man on arrival. Started shouting when we got there about no parties etc. When checking out I descretly told a female member of staff I had leaked my period in the night. The man then screamed at me infront of other guests that were also checking out that I am disgusting and I need to be more prepared and wear pads. Refused to give me back my deposit

We did not enjoy our stay.

We only slept there

After we checked in we got told No food served wasn’t allowed to bring any in if so there was a penalty, wasn’t allowed glasses or ice from bar for kids had to go buy some. Stayed drawing heat wave windows didn’t open no Aircon, in a tiny room that we had to pay extra for when we got there, change the age of what you call a child..

very outdated . old carpets. squeaky floors and a very musky smell . with the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in . It’s more like a bedsit than an hotel .
