The shower was brilliant

The property is always well maintained and clean, myself and my partner have been staying here for a number of years and always feel safe also the staff are always very friendly , polite and welcoming we only ever stay at this hotel when we come to Blackpool.

Location was fine. Convenient to restaurants and the piers.
Not very clean. No bath mat or hand towels. Very noisy after 10pm. Street and surrounding areas were quite chaotic.
Unexpected bond charge of £20 CASH needed on check in. And local atms had no cash available.
Parking in close proximity wasn’t possible. And had to find parking quite far away which was difficult.
