Firstly, I cannot speak highly enough of hostess Simona and her family who made us feel like long lost friends.
This compact little cottage has been tastefully renovated and is very comfortable for a couple to stay. Moreover, Simona provides everything you could need, and if it’s not there she will find it. The cottage is not in Tropea itself, but is an easy 5-6 km drive away. There is offstreet parking which is not easy to find in Tropea. If ever I go back to Tropea I would not consider staying anywhere else!
That said, if you are planning to go to Tropea , it is a good idea to check out your route on a map first rather than simply relying on GPS which can be very misleading in this area.
