A very peaceful spot, secluded, but within reach of shop and a station if needed. Beautiful location, near the lake. Good path to walk on, wildlife to see. Such a very helpful lady who welcomed me, but then respected my space.

Very friendly host and hostess, even the lovely dog and the cute cat are super friendly. Very beautiful house, garden, lake view, forest, animals, and environment, like Shangri-La. I love the bathtub. The living room and dining room are cosy. Offer breakfast, food, and drink.

The place is nice and with great potential for a restful stay. The open plan apartment is well equipped, fairly comfortable and well decorated. There is a farm right next to the place, with animals roaming around (of course, this is only good if you like that). The owners are very approachable.

We were looking for quietude but did not find that, unfortunately. Lack of signage to reception (I believe there isn't one) meant that we were disturbed a few times by people knocking on the door, continuously, trying to check-in or check-out, asking for the breakfast room, or simply trying to gain entrance to our room, as the door looks part of the main common area (that felt uncomfortable!). There is a common patio outside the room, with lots of traffic of other guests, and we were woken up very early by someone entertaining other guests - singing at the top of her lungs - just outside our door. Not much privacy, either. A part from the two big glass doors leading to the patio, there are two windows with direct view from the outside patio, and no curtains - anybody standing up can see inside the bedroom, directly to the bed. Worse than that, the toilet also has a window - not the usual small toilet window, but a massive one, not high up and with clear glass(!) Again: no curtains to protect your privacy as anybody walking past the window, on the veranda, outside, would have clear and full body view on the inside. To be fair, there are two plants on the windowsill of said window, but they do very little in terms of blocking the view.

Very kind host who helped when i arrived late. Wonderful location and atmosphere. Would have loved to stay longer.

It was warm in the room- all windows had been closedfor a long time i think. The shower sewage system needs thorough cleaning.

Nice country house, beautiful garden and guests are very friendly.

The communication with the owner was excellent. I was thankful for the extra pillow and power cable to be able to charge both phones in the room.

2 Suggestions : If there was a mosquito net frame on the window we wouldn’t have been bitten as much as we where. I would like to also suggest for a hinged table by the wall for my alarm/phone that also has a connection to charge the phone during the night?

Seems like this was originally quite a sweet house.

We asked for and paid for breakfast, but didn’t get any, no one was there when we woke up in the morning at all, also no refund or response to our request for a refund either. Note to other potential visitors that this is like a hostel with one shared bathroom between more than 9 beds. There are no locks on the doors. A very strange place, won’t be returning.
