Surf Song #212 - (Walkup, No Elevator) Comfortable 1 bedroom 1 bath suite at Surf Song Resort. One Queen Bed in bedroom. All new flooring, new granite kitchen with upgraded cabinetry. Newer range and refrigerator. New furnishings throughout. Free high speed internet and HD television. While on the smaller side at 366 sq ft., 212 offers a great deal to be at the beach.
Please note all guests are required to complete and sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts before any reservation is confirmed.
Quiet second floor walk up location. Not a beach view, but just steps to Surf Song heated pool and white sand beach. Fully stocked kitchen with all dishes, utensils and pots and pans. By far the best deal on a one bedroom condo in Madeira Beach.
Guests enjoy the easy convenience of being just steps away from every amenity, including bbq facilities and of course, the incredible white sandy beach, the gulf waters and relaxing heated pool. And just across the street? John's Pass Village! The village is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Condo was super clean, cute, cozy and comfortable. The bed slept very well. Kitchen supplies were sufficient. No beach gear or beach towels provided within the unit. Unit as described and would stay here again.

My husband and I took a short trip down to Madeira Beach and stayed at Sun Song. Our room was PERFECT for us, and well maintained and decorated. The hosts were super friendly, and the grounds were well-kept and beautiful. We love the tiki huts next to the pool. Right on the beach, and right across from EVERYTHING Johns Pass has to offer- it’s our new fav go-to resort!

The room was not as pictured and it could have been cleaner. The location of the property is great. The pool due to how many people were there could have been cleaned more often. I also was surprised at how much they charged to add on a day.
