About this apartment rental
This is a family-friendly with comforts of home well located condo (split-duplex) which sleeps five. A skier's paradise with easy access to Sunday River mountain. The master bedroom has view of the mountain. There is an open floor plan downstairs with living room a fire place with wood available. Two bathrooms with sauna on ground floor and indoor whirlpool tub upstairs. There is a Roku TV and wi fi.
PLEASE NOTE: Description lists property as having 4 "bedrooms". We have noted there are 2 futons in the living room which is showing as a separate bedroom. TO BE CLEAR, we only have 3 bedrooms in addition to sleeping accommodations in the living room.
From the house there are walking trails some which follow river to nearby covered bridge. Depending on snow cover may need snow shoes to get to bridge. Also explore cross country ski trails in the near vicinity of Bethel.
Close to market, shops, and restaurants. There is also hiking, water falls to explore, and bike/kayak rentals in the summer.

Great proximity to Sunday River. Just the right size four our group of 6 skiers, and you can’t beat a 5 minute drive to the mountain! House was clean, the sauna was great after a long day of skiing.

Wonderful family ski house. Close to Sunday River but far enough to have privacy. Family of 5 plus dog would definitely stay here again but for a longer stay😊

The place is only a few minutes drive from Sunday River. Me and my friends had a really fun time. The house had everything needed for a long ski weekend. The sauna was a nice amenity and the large living room allowed us to hang out watching the Winter Olympics and play games. The rental ski place and a brewery are a few miles away and the parking was large enough to fit the multiple cars we had. The check in was super easy and the homeowners were available to answer questions at all times. We will defintely try to stay there again next time we ski at Sunday River.
