Tucked away on 4.5 acres of private hillside in the Sunday River Valley, this spacious 4+ bedroom, 3 bathroom chalet offers breathtaking panoramic views of all the trails at Sunday River Ski Resort. Designed to sleep 14 guests, this inviting home is perfect for large families or groups looking to enjoy a peaceful getaway in the heart of Maine's premier ski destination.
The bright and airy main level boasts an open floor plan, featuring a beautiful stone fireplace in the living area. The daylight lower level offers a second living area, complete with a hearth and a cozy wood stove. Step outside onto the oversized wrap-around deck, where you can relax in the 7-seat hot tub, spacious stone fire pit, or fire up the grill to enjoy the stunning views.

Two bedrooms with queen beds
Full bathroom with laundry facilities
Fully equipped kitchen and inviting main living area
Loft:
One queen bed and three twin beds
Additional full bathroom
Lower Level:
Large family room with wood stove
Two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other with a double/twin bunk combo)

Guests will have full access to the entire home, with the exception of the utility room and pantry. This is a completely private retreat—there are no neighbors in sight, ensuring peace and seclusion.
Additional Features:
Ample parking for four vehicles at the top of the driveway, plus extra space in front of the garage at the bottom of the driveway.
Steep incline driveway—all-wheel drive is recommended during winter months.
Dogs are welcome for an additional fee with owner approval. Proof of rabies vaccination and heartworm/flea/tick prevention is required.
