Gates Cottage is a beautiful Rosemary Beach Cottage steps away from the iconic Coquina Pool and only a two-minute walk to the beach. The property is also located within a short walk to both the Eastern Green Park and the Playground Park. This home is the perfect choice for an excellent family beach getaway!
This coastal getaway features three spacious levels of living space. Gather family members and friends in the open dining space with seating up to 6 and more! The large windows in the naturally lit living room foster a peaceful relationship between the natural surroundings and interior spaces.

This is our 3rd time in this house as we clearly love it! The location is great. The home is comfortable with plenty of space and things that you need. 30A Luxury Vacations service is excellent. A keypad lock on the boardwalk door would be super nice though!

Gates Cottage is a perfect Rosemary Beach property. The house is fantastic. Main bedroom is massive with a generous ensuite bathroom and a nice private balcony. The 3rd floor loft is great for a bunch of kids and a set of parents - room is divided only by a curtain. The two Jack-and-Jill bedrooms share a bathroom on the 2nd floor. The main living area is well laid out and provided a lot fo hang out space between the large kitchen table and the couches. You are literally steps away from the Coquina Pool and only a 3 minute walk to the beach. I would highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful time at Gates Cottage. This house was perfect, perfect location, short walk to beautiful sandy white beaches, pool was right next door. Gates Cottage was perfect for our family vacation. House had everything we needed. Will be back!

Arrived to very loud construction right next door which was unexpected and had trouble heating the second floor since thermostats only on bottom and 3rd (got too hot for other floors when we tried to increase heat). Beautiful home in great location otherwise.
