Lovely modern and chilled

Lovely and incredibly modern, a very quiet and chilled area with 1 shop and only a couple restaurants nearby. Easy to reach ferry port for more touristy areas

Host forgot to take the tourist tax payment in cash which meant we had to do this via transfer and were left with cash!

Superb

Facing the main road, but with a beautiul view from the small balcony (with the windows closed - very good noise isolation). I would without hesitation stay here again - perfect location with parking incl. (also the Lenno stop for the ferry in walking distance), a great bakery few steps away for breakfast, plenty of space.

if I really had to pick something, I can only think of the very small shower cabin and water pressure in the shower

location was great however apartment needs some cleaning and changes/fixes to call it comfortable.

could be more clean, Poll was not clean, apartment missing basic amenities like coat handers in the hall, towel hangers, coffee table, wine glasses, there was only one small mirror in the bathroom. Also some things need a fix: there was a hole in the wall covered by paper picture and shower was sinking. Towels and sheets were not prepared and exposed - you need to find them in the closet. in addition, guests are expected to transport garbage a few kilometers to waste collection point as there are no wastebaskets near the apartment - I find it unacceptable.

Great place :)

The view was beautiful and very near we had a little bread shop and a local’s cafe/ restaurant. We had warm weather and the swimming pool was a great addition. There was a boat stop right on the other side of the road. It was confortable since the place has it’s own parking space.

The place would be even better with a coffee machine and some paper towels in the kitchen.

Lake Como is the most magical place and Villa Regina Int. 3 is a well presented property, which is excellent value

Suggestions to perfect this property: 1. Add some mirrors for when guests are getting ready - there is only one small wall mirror in the bathroom 2. Allow guests to play music at the pool/in their room - it is advertised as a holiday let (we were asked by residents not to play any music- even at low volume) Tips for travellers 1. This property is in a quite area, in an elevated position from the lake, it is around a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest restaurants/ferry in nearby Lenno. 2. If you are visiting a resort across the water (eg. Bellagio), use the ferry from Caddenabia (around 3km away) as these run until late. 3. If you require a taxi- use the local service and ring with plenty of notice, remembering they cannot be booked in advance.

clean, modern and neat to Lenin’s beautiful harbour and the greenway. lovely pool and deck area with shade, sun, and loungers.

could do with some coffee filters as the local shop don’t sell them! also some extra utensils would be good such as a wooden spoon and small saucepan.

Superb

We stayed for 4 nights in the beginning of April. The swimming pool was closed , so we did not make a use of it. The 2-bed room apartment was big enough for our family of 3. We almost did not used the kitchen facilities, as we eat outside in the restaurants/bars. The location of villa is very convenient to discover the region ( by foot, by car, by boat) The traffic was not so intense ( as was still a low season), so we enjoyed the long walks on the lake side. Lenno and Tremezzo are reachable by foot, by safe road (green way). Lorenzo who meet us - is very friendly and provided all necessary information.

Nothing. Nice to have: Minor things can facilitate the stay: eg a small vacuum cleaner (especially if longer stay or a bigger family); some hooks or small shelfs in the bath room.

Lovely place, but needs work to make it a more comfortable stay – has potential.

Great location and lovely swimming pool. The property is a good size to accommodate a family of 4.

The property lacked a number of items that would have made our stay much better. There is no kettle, wine glasses, scissors or basic cleaning products (we bought these and left them there). A hairdryer was provided, but couldn't be plugged in as it didn't fit the sockets. There are no mirrors, so had to use the small bathroom one, which was too high up, and the kids had to balance on the toilet to see themselves. There are no lamps, so bright, stark lighting (especially in the bedroom), just a sofa in the lounge area with no coffee table and again no lamps. No pictures on the walls and generally no thought into making this place homely and comfortable. The bunkbed in the bedroom is unsafe (very wobbly bed guard), we had to pull the mattress down and put it on the floor in the lounge area for our daughter to sleep on. It felt like the owner did a basic shop in Ikea to kit out with the essentials, but has never actually spent any time in it to realise it lacks basic things. The pool is lovely, though each morning there was animal faeces around the edge, so there was a bit of a smell. Someone needs to check the pool area every day – we didn't see anyone. It was also a bit dirty. The main road is also very noisy and busy.
