North facing living room and master bedroom are warm and sunny in winter and cool in summer. Pleasant view of the lagoon! Internet, WIFI and HDTV. Private garage, washer and dryer. A great family or couples’ getaway. Close to old town, golf and boundless recreation.

Starting at Anastasia State Park, the Saint Augustine Amphitheater, the Alligator Farm, and the Saint Augustine Lighthouse, you will know you have arrived. Continue across the Bridge of Lions to stroll along Saint George Street for shopping and fine dining, or head over to the Castillo de San Marcos or the Fountain of Youth for live cannon firing exhibitions.

We were well pleased with our stay. Though modern decor at the beach is not to our personal taste, it was well done and clearly denoted in the VRBO pictures and descriptions. The kitchen was well stocked and they even had beach towels, umbrellas, etc for your stay. The condo unit is walking distance to the pool as well as the beach. We will 100% stay here again!

We enjoyed the spacious condo, large porch with view of pond, and 2 min walk to duned beach and sea shelling.

Will never rent anything again from the property management of this condo. Beyond rude regarding a service dog. Threatened to come by the condo unannounced and evict us if we brought our service dog. Yes we have government papers for the service dog. We ended up not bringing her so we never saw him. The condo needs repairs. Bathroom door half off the door hinge. Kitchen floor by refrigerator filthy. Curtain rod in master bedroom kept falling down. Management property needs to change their management style!! Owners need to get involved!
