The condo was immaculate and so well stocked with everything we could possibly need. The furniture and beds were beyond comfortable! The location was perfect and close to the boardwalk to the beach, but it was just a bit farther from the pool but just a short walk down the private road to it. Also, we loved the sound of the fountain in the pond and watching the birds and turtles! We liked that everything was gated too and private. Overall, we would definitely recommend this unit! Also, it was close to restaurants and all of the action and things to do in St. Augustine.

Confusing communication! Who were Vtrips and Distinctive rentals??? I thought I had booked with Booking.com? Also, the texts and emails I kept getting over and over again telling me that I needed to sign the rental agreement even though I did sign it. Also, the address that was given to me was confusing. The email said it was 890 South blvd, but when we finally found it, after driving around and around, the GPS actually said 890 Beach Road! Also, we got an email about water being turned off for a repair and that it was changed to another day from the previous notice we had gotten, but we never had gotten that first notice! So again, we were confused, and when I called back the number, they were confused also, and I had to call a different number to get an answer. So it turned out OK, but it caused some confusion and anxious moments. It seemed that there were too many different companies involved, and like I said, communication was not easy with this company. Also, an email told me to electronically check out and it was so confusing to do, and when I was finally able to get to the checkout link, it said unable to process! Again, was very frustrating! However, as aggravating as the communication was, the unit itself, the location, and beautiful St. Augustine made up for all of that!
