Island Blue Beach Retreat captures the essence of the Florida beach lifestyle. This inviting condo is fully equipped for the perfect beach day, with a beach cart, umbrella, and beach chairs, ready for your fun in the sun. Enjoy on-site amenities including a pool, hot tub, and exclusive private beach access and tennis court. Located on the 2nd floor, the condo also offers parking for 1 standard-sized vehicles in driveway (additional parking available), ensuring your stay is as convenient as it is relaxing.
KITCHEN: All electric stainless steel appliances including, Refrigerator, Oven, Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster, Ice Machine, Wine Cooler, Toaster, Keurig Coffee Maker. Additionally, the kitchen counter top has 3 bar seats.
DINING ROOM: Table for 6 people located between the kitchen and living room.
LIVING ROOM: L-shaped leather couch, 2x accent chairs, Smart TV with cable services. Access to the private 2nd floor balcony overlooking the lagoon system that flows through the community.
MASTER BEDROOM: King bed, Dresser, Smart TV, Walk-in closet with built-in shelving, Ensuite master bathroom. Access to the private 2nd floor balcony overlooking the lagoon system that flows through the community (Sleeps 2).
MASTER BATHROOM: Modern shower with glass enclosure, Single vanity, and Toilet.
GUEST BEDROOM: 2x Full beds, Office deck, Dresser, Smart TV with cable services, Walk-in closet with built-in shelves (Sleeps 4).
GUEST BATHROOM: Modern shower/tub combo, Single vanity, Toilet.
BALCONY: 4x Adirondack chairs.
LAUNDRY ROOM: Located next to the front door, there is a washer and dryer for our guests.

ACCESS: Walk up the flight of stairs to the unit, you will find the unit number on the door.
PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed in the driveway. Additional parking is located next to the club house and dumpsters.

A girl’s weekend with college friends. The condo was clean, well kept, and a great location! We took advantage of the beach access, and the lighthouse is an easy drive… I would recommend an uber for downtown St. Augustine as parking/traffic can be an adventure. Overall, the place itself is great!!
