2 Couples, 1 week.

From before we arrived, the host contacted us to ensure we had everything we'd need for our trip. Gave us tips on visiting Belfast and the surrounding areas en route. The Cottage was beautifully presented, 10 minutes walk to the beach and the bars and restaurants in town. Margaret-Rose provided a welcome basket of snacks, drinks, maps and take out menus to get us started and was discretely available to answer any questions. The beds were comfy, the showers were hot and powerful, and the kitchen, dining area and lounge were perfectly appointed, with TVs in each room, and toiletries in each bathroom. Overall, a fantastic stay, and one we hope to repeat next year.

Fantastic place to stay! High quality accommodation in sizable but quaint village- 5 mins from beach

Really top quality accommodation. You could stay a few nights or few weeks. Hamper on arrival and great communication. Cushendall is a beautiful large village with lots of heritage and a great beach (5 minute walk) but did by no means feel a tourist trap. Shop right next door plus larger store, pubs and cafes 5 to 10 minute walk away. Great facilities and everything you could need for a family stay. Large bathroom and one of the rooms has an ensuite. The master bedroom has an extremely large bed in it. Outdoor patio area with wooden burner as well. Probably the best feature is the large kitchen diner/ living area with utility but then added to this there is a separate, cosy living area. In summary, you can't go wrong with this place!

We had a 83 year old that was woken up freezing at 5am every morning, ..it appears there was no heating during the night in early May .....We could boost the heating, but had to wait until house warmed up ..by then we were all cold and awake ...so ,very disappointed by this as it ruined the entire holiday for my husband's Mother and that was the reason for the visit to Cushendall.

Fabulous accommodation, so comfortable and filled with every utensil you could possibly need for a self catering stay. Brilliant location, couple of minutes walk from village and from the beach. Has a shop next door. Cushendall perfect base for discovering the coast in this part of the world. Would definitely recommend and hope to return ourselves in the future.

The accommodation is very relaxing, clean and maintained to a very high standard. The Mariner theme throughout the cottage helps with the ambience. Great location to explore the North Antrim coast. All the shops and restaurants needed were within walking distance

Everything! Beautiful quaint yet modern cottage in a costal location that has everything. House was kitted out for your every need and hosts easily accessed if required. Beautiful and cosy holiday house. Had everything we needed. Super clean. Beautiful area... Beach 2 mins walk away and a lovely play park for the kids. Nice quiet and peaceful area. We got swims in the sea each morning we were there. Will definetly recommend to family and friends.

Fantastic Cottage in a wonderful Location

The Hosts were wonderful , left the essentials in the fridge and left a lovely basket of supplies for us , we had travelled to Cushendall for a sailing competition , and the property was very convenient to the sailing area, Rooms were Lovely , check-in process was easy and overall we had a wonderful experience.

Fabulous holiday in beautiful cottage

Absolutely beautiful cottage in the perfect location. We were very lucky to book the Captain's cottage for a family holiday in Cushendall. This cottage has everything you could possibly need for your stay, amazing facilities and attention to detail was very much appreciated. We loved the welcome basket filled with goodies for our arrival. The beds are so comfy, we all had the best sleep, they're better than our own beds at home. Lots of space in the cottage too, with two living areas and log fires. A very handy utility room. Kitchen is well equipped should you wish to indulge in cooking, BBQ in the garden and especially enjoyed the nespresso machine. There are two bathrooms, each with a power shower and complete with a range of toiletries. Cottage is spotless throughout. Location is great, we could see the sea from the property! Perfect for exploring the local area too, which is all incredibly stunning. The hosts were lovely and made us feel very welcome. Holiday just went far too fast. I will definitely book this property again and be recommending it to family and friends. Has to be one of the nicest places I've ever stayed. Thank you for an amazing holiday.

Arrived and the heating and lights were on also the stove was set ready to light basket of goodies including bottle of wine and bottle water and milk in the fridge could not fault anything about the Cottage absolutely first class. Beds so clean and comfortable lovely home to stay in Thanks Margaret Rose and Niall.
