The resort was a good deal; perfectly located just away from the busy roads, but close enough to be in a restaurant in a few minutes. The room was reasonably well maintained and housekeeping was taken care of by a friendly lady who left the room clean and tidy every day. The sounds of trains passing not far away in the night were not a bother, and the bed was one of the better ones I had in 3 months travelling around Thailand. The owner was happy to help; he had a scooter for me immediately upon arrival and organised a tuk-tuk to the train station on my departure. All things considered, The Monkey resort is a fine place to stay.

The only thing that was less than perfect was the wifi reception. When working, it was excellent, but the connection was lost many times; sometimes every few minutes, or even seconds. It was usually easy enough to connect again, but the constant, repeated loss of signal was a mild irritation.

Le camere sono molto ampie, è presente la zona con il letto, bagno e anche un piccolo salottino. La posizione è top se si dispone di un mezzo di trasporto perché in pochissimi minuti si raggiungono vari servizi come 7eleven, lavanderia, …

Da rivedere la pulizia… erano presenti davvero molte ragnatele sugli angoli del soffitto. Le pareti sembrano essere di cartapesta, si sente tutto
