The location is in a quiet neighborhood.
On a direct highway to the main shopping and leisure.
The facilities at the condo are not private as quoted. Swimming Pool & laundry is for the condo community. TV wasn’t working & again this is a on problem.
The upkeep of the condo is very lacking.
And after reading other renters this is an on going problem.

Sea views, town views, great facilities, lobby, fitness, pool, laundry place, quiet place and swimming pool. Great stay.
Ants were everywhere in kitchen and living room.

- The provided coffee maker, upon request
- Maid service every 3 days
- higher floor with view facing north, with partial seaview
- Good communication from owner, with fast response times
- The provided towels
- The broken sliding glass door that couldn't be locked
- The red water cooker is broken and couldn't be used
- Early pool closing time
- Mattress not very comfortable
- Decorations with stock photos left inside
-Only one key card provided; as a couple, it would have been good to be provided with 2 key cards
