No queda muy cerca del centro de la ciudad necesitas alquilar una moto en el mismo hotel tiene buen precio pero antes de alquilar saquen fotos por qué a mismo me hicieron pagar de más por la moto tenía unas ralladura y me dieron la culpa que había tenido un accidente que nunca sucedió 🙏🏻

Die Unterkunft ist eine Ferienwohnung in einem großen Wohnblock direkt neben einem Hotel. In dem besagten Hotel findet dann auch die Schlüsselübergabe statt und man kann dort frühstücken. Die Wohnung selbst ist gut ausgestattet und für bis zu drei Personen nutzbar. Der Preis war super und auch die wirklich sehr kurzfristige Verfügbarkeit hat uns gefallen. Der Pool liegt im Innenhof des Wohnblocks und ist kostenlos nutzbar. Der Vermieter war nett und sehr hilfsbereit.

Die Klimaanlagen der Ferienwohnung sind reichlich in die Jahre gekommen und müssten dringend mal ausgetauscht werden, zumal eine der zwei Anlagen bereits starke Geräusche und Vibrationen von sich gibt. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist alles andere als zentral. Bis zum nächsten interessanten Punkt ist es in jede Richtung echt weit und Taxis waren außerordentlich selten zu finden. Ein Roller hätte geholfen, jedoch gab es keine Vermietung mit freien Kapazitäten in der Nähe. Das Frühstück im Hotel nebenan musste zwingend mit Kreditkarte bezahlt werden, weil kein Bargeld akzeptiert wurde. Es mussten hierzu Unterschriften geleistet, Coupons entgegengenommen und diese gleich danach an das Servicepersonal zur Kontrolle wieder weitergereicht werden. Prinzipiell kein Problem, aber bei 4,20 € irgendwie anstrengend aufwändig.

Host was great

The balcony could have been cleaner. Needs new laundry rack, chairs for sitting on balcony, appliances are dated, and a few other things to fix up that are easy fixes. The host was very friendly.

The condominium’s pool is great for kids with a few different slides. There is a convenience store over the road and you can walk down a quiet road to the beach.

It +/- 9km to HuaHin main beach and the shopping malls, so getting a local bus or taxi is necessary. The local buses were very busy and were difficult with kids. As others said there are many notices warning about the renting of apartments on a daily or weekly basis threatening fines, there are many apartments for rent in this compound and no one seemed to bothered by the signs but it still made us feel a little un-easy. Also you pay for a cleaning fee which we thought meant daily cleaning but it is for an end of stay clean, so sheets and towels are your own responsibility to clean during your stay. We had some issues with the air conditioning so make sure to ask the owner to show you how to reset the remote.
