Views in every direction from the freshly furnished living room! Well appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and every plate, glass, utensil, pot and pan you need to cook a great meal! Large dining table to enjoy your meal while looking out at the ocean. Hardwood floors throughout. Master ocean-facing bedroom with private bath and private balcony, bunk room with half bath and main level bedroom with access to large main level bathroom with full-size washer and dryer. Hot and cold water outdoor shower. Large deck on main level with plenty of furniture for relaxing!
Plenty of room for parking and/or hanging out under the house. 1 mile stroll to the end of the island and 1 mile to center of island restaurants and festivities.

We have loved our stays at Sunny Side Up! The house is a pictured. The location is fantastic! Easy check in/ check out process, owner is very quick to respond to messages. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Highly recommend!

Check-in process was simple and easy and the house was clean as advertised. This house served our needs but the kitchen could use more pans/utensils. Layout could be changed to allow better flow. Electric seemed to need some updating also. Otherwise it was a great house with a nice deck area and the beach access was super easy!

The view was excellent and the outside deck and furniture also excellent… The description of the house was not accurate… it needed a lot of cosmetic work… Water stains on the walls in the living room dining room area and also on the bedroom ceilings… The flooring in the kitchen in front of the refrigerator was not secure… could not use one of the sinks in the downstairs bathroom due to leaking… Many lightbulbs burned out in the kitchen and in the downstairs bath… Kitchen was said to be filled with everything you needed… We had to buy several things and a lot of the utensils were very old and cheap… We were told that there were kayaks and bicycles… No kayaks and the bicycles were rusted and we could not use them… i’ve been coming to Holden Beach since 1995 and I would have to say that this home was probably my second least favorite… We were disappointed… also wanted to mention that the storm door on the side of the house was offkilter and we had to use a screwdriver on the lock as it was not secure… Fortunately we had the view and the deck and the deck furniture…I also wanted to mention that the TV was quite a challenge to use.
