Very disappointing experience at a high price

The Location and the Space

First of all when we fetched the keys at the Café the waiter was not all Friendly it didn’t give us a good feeling. The flat is not clean sie electric plugs are out of the wall t the towels old and rubbed down the shower is leaking the furnitures are old and not clean there is no cosy beds no lamps plants the carpet un the lounge had a big yellow spot and lol very dirty. There was no rug next to the bath no sponges just a little bit of toilet paper. Nothing that you feel welcomed

Location was great. Very spacious apartment and had everything we needed. The kitchenette area was perfect for what we were looking for. They also included coffee and some main necessities for cooking, which was great. Parking was very convenient, as it was right out front.

There could have been bigger garbage bins. They got full pretty quickly. Also, there could have been an offer to empty the bins. Also, they should be more clearly marked in terms of sorting items for recycling. The main bedroom is very large. The property might consider adding a single bed to this room, that way the pull out couch could sleep one person and the additional bed in the bedroom could fit another.

All of the little details in the apartment were charming, and the complementary beer waiting for me when i arrived was a really nice touch!

All of the bedding was washed with heavily perfumed detergent and strong scents are difficult for some of us with sensitive allergies. The only thing I would request in the future is that the bedding and towels be washed with unscented, or very mild laundry soap. Everything else was excellent!

I loved the location. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. Their pages says no internet or parking, but it has both.

The bathroom needs a new tub or at least new hardware, it would not drain and we had to manually open it up. The parking spot was difficult to access.

Lage war sehr gut!

Fernseher ging nicht und ein Radio war leider nicht vorhanden. Aber wir haben uns sonst wohl gefühlt kommen sicher wieder!

Ruim, goede bedden, eigen parkeerplaats.

Het is heel warm binnen als het buiten warm is. Geen horren. In het weekend is er overlast van een kroeg. Hygiëne viel tegen.

Nach längerer Zeit, wo die Unterkunft immer schon belegt war, war es ein bisschen wie nach HAUSE kommen.

Flair eines alten Hauses; Dachgeschoss, urige Treppe, Ausblick, Gemütliche Einrichtung, zentrale Lage, das nahe Gewässer ( Nahe), praktisch war auch Spülmaschine

der mangelnde Support hat Vor- und Nachteile; für den, der sich nicht in der Stadt auskennt könnte es mühsam sein...

Basic, teils ärgerlich.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und ein zur Wohnung gehöriger Parkplatz ist in der Nähe. In der Wohnung erwartete einen leckeres Bier aus der Brauerei der Wohnugsbesitzer.

Schlüsselübergabe war unpersönlich und schlecht organisiert. Der Schlüssel war erst nicht zu finden. Die Anfahrt zur Wohnung ist für Ortsfremde nur schwer zu finden, die Hinweise bei der Schlüsselübergabe schlecht. Der Schlüssel wurde in einem Café vom Personal übergeben. Man hatte das Gefühl, dass man stört. Zur Schlüsselrückgabe am 1.1. war niemand vor Ort, obwohl wir am Vortag gefragt hatten, ab wann jemand da sei. Da haben wir eine falsche Auskunft bekommen.
