Nice location and very clean
Great space and location.
The stairs were very steep and difficult to navigate with large cases. Parking was an additional charge but was only outside the property and already designated.

Attic flat was Ok
The flat was clean.
The bedroom was large and the bed comfortable.
The shower room was modern and clean
The kitchen diner was very large.
The site was very good two minutes and you were in the hub of things.
There was a sitting room area but basically a sofa bed and TV .
Really quiet despite being in the centre of town.
The sitting room area didn't have a blind. Flats across the way could look straight into the sitting room and kitchen diner. Had to use kitchen roll as a blind. Only one socket and the TV was plugged into that. Minimalist room. tiny tiny coffee table.
The Kitchen diner did not have an electric kettle . Had a two ring induction hob. One cooking pan was not for induction hob use. The frying pan was cheap and burnt food. Very little worktop. Large kitchen /diner mainly empty space.
Advert clearly states limitations of kitchen but a camper van has better facilities for self catering. Such a shame it could have been superb with a bit more of a kitchen. Would suit people who eat out every evening.
Dining chairs hard and uncomfortable.
Bedroom needed 2 bedside tables only has one. Could do with a chair in the bedroom. Bedroom very large.
Shower room looks great but no shelves near washbasin no where to put anything. The shower had no shelf, there was no shower gel but there was a large bottle of hair conditioner and shampoo instead! The positioning of the controls to the shower limited the space to get into the shower. Not thought through.
Shower room had a window which started 6 inches above the floor. It was partially frosted at the lower part of the window and occupants of flats opposite could see in.
No towel in the kitchen, only a tea towel. No towel in second lavatory.
No bus/train pass available . Ended up having to go to tourist information and obtaining it from there. The printer wasn't working so no one could provide a pass from the company running the rental. Lovely young woman tried to help as best she could.
To be fair, would not have picked this property to rent but Bookings .com messed up our original booking with a different property which should have been removed from their website as it had been sold.

Wohnung liebe- und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zentrale und trotzdem ruhige Lage. Parken direkt am Haus (15 €/Nacht). Gute gastronomische Angebote im Umfeld.
Sportliche Herausforderung (Apartments 2 u. 3) 40 Stufen, enges, tlw. gewendeltes u. steiles Treppenhaus. Keine Spülmaschiene. Handtücher knapp.

Uns hat die Wohnung und die Lage gefallen.
Die Lage ist sehr schön direkt an der Nahe, Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus. Nur die Zufahrt ist etwas schwer zu finden.

werkelijk perfect gelegen midden in de stad, stil en aangenaam
men had nog kunnen melden in de bijlage ter plekke hoe men de toeristenkaart kon ontvangen, (via drukker), want die hadden we nog voor de bus te nemen. Beneden had ik in de gang een opmerking daarover op de muur niet gezien.
Het onpersoonlijke door nooit iemand van de organisatie te zien is toch nog wennen en nog vreemd voor mij.
De TV had ook op sommige uitzendingen een kinderslot. Een mail daarover was misschien bij hotelbeheer terechtgekomen maar werd niet beantwoord

Top ausgestattete und schöne Wohnung zum entspannen.
Perfekte Lage direkt am Wasser. Man ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß in der Innenstadt und hat trotzdem seine Ruhe in der Unterkunft. Ausstattung ist top und die Gastgeberinnen super herzlich!
