The apartment is modern, very clean, and spacious. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a comfortable master bedroom that includes a private bathroom. The living room is large and beautifully furnished, and the balcony with a dining table is a great place to relax. The air condetion is centerlized and in all the rooms. The kitchen is separate from the living area and fully equipped with all necessary utensils, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. The building has two elevators, and the maintenance team is very responsive. The apartment is located in a large residential complex in a quiet and upscale area. It is close to the beach, restaurants, and a large supermarket within a 5-minute walk. The peaceful surroundings and uncrowded beaches made our stay very enjoyable.

The main issue was during check-in. The access code did not work, and it took around 45 minutes of communication with the property management before someone arrived with physical keys. The location may not be ideal for everyone, as it is about 20–25 minutes by car from Málaga city center. Public transportation is available nearby, but the buses only accept cash and not Visa cards, and the journey takes approximately 35–40 minutes. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was closed during our stay.

The apartment was excellent with plenty of room for our big family and the kids. Much better than a hotel for several days with kids. The complex felt safe and well cared for and everyone was helpful and friendly. The apartment was really clean. Cleaning supplies were almost completely missing so that we had to buy some from the local grocery store but it seemed they just didn't expect us to clean up after ourselves since they had a whole cleaning crew there just after our check out time. When we mentioned that there was a gap in the weather stripping for the kitchen door leading outside we had someone there that same day to take a look to repair it. Someone always responded very quickly and politely when we had a question or concern.

The automated system for entering the complex, building, and then door to the apartment was incredibly frustrating since it relied on internet connection and at one point left some of our family stuck outside while the baby was tired and hungry. The system also tried to force us to use an intrusive app that required unreasonable permissions to control cell phones. The explanation for how to use this system was excellent and easy to understand but several pages long because of all the steps. Getting into the parking garage was equally confusing with several steps that we had to figure out on our own. A simple lock box with the keys would be much much better. There were just enough of the essentials to survive if you only had a few adults, but with our 3 kids we ended up needing to buy extra of everything ourselves (we left it there for the next people) things like toilet paper, laundry soap, cleaning spray, and similar items were technically there but in tiny amounts. Last issue was that the first night was super windy and the water heater was located outside so that the pilot light wouldn't stay lit. This meant we didn't have hot water until the middle of the next day and caused some confusion and frustration. The automatic lighter didn't work well either (but there was a lighter in the kitchen drawer that worked great).
