In the resort 700 m from the centre of Rincón de la Victoria, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 700 m from the sea. Private: garden 900 m2 with lawn 700 m2, swimming pool angular (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). WC in the pool area, arbour (30 m2), terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine. Motor access to the house. Stepped path (15 steps) to the house. Public parking on the road. Supermarket 300 m, shopping centre 3 km, restaurant 600 m, bus stop 350 m, sandy beach "walking distance" 750 m. Golf course (18 hole) 2.8 km. Please note: baby equipment on request (extra). Fantastisk ude arealer med pool område og stor terrasse i skygge samt den skønneste udsigt. Huset gammel og slidt. Problemer med kloak og afløb. Dårlige senge. Og så mangler der i den grad air condition.

Rent och prydligt. Äldre hus med Äldre möbler. Men bra prisvärt. Lång backe och trappor upp till huset. Ger en fantastiskt vy över staden. Inte anpassat för handikapp eller dylikt. Fullt utrustat kök. Tvättstuga på taket. Behöver nya tvättlinor. Enkel kontakt med värd via whatsapp. Nära mataffär. Bra sängar. Hade gärna haft fler kökshanddukar. Men fint med maskindiskmedel o dylikt som fanns där när vi kom.
