The location was perfect and the owner was so helpful Great spot on the canal
The bed! It was a sofa bed and so uncomfortable. We had to take the mattress off and sleep on the floor

The apartment is in quieter part of Venice, but within walking distance of the main sights. The apartment has everything one needs, including tea/coffee, some biscuits and all the kitchen utensils. There is also a supermarket nearby. Contacting the owner was easy and the lady who met us and showed us around the apartment explained everything very clearly, even if mostly in Italian.

La casa è proprio piacevole, con un delizioso balconcino che dà su un piccolo canale. Si trova in una zona fantastica, fuori dal caos turistico, a due passi dalla biennale, il vaporetto è a pochi minuti, in via Garibaldi ci sono tutti i servizi che servono.
