We had a great stay here and would stay again as a base to explore Valencia. 10 minute walk to the beach and the metro (even less to the tram or bus). Playground right outside for the kids. Bakeries and cafes on the doorstep. Supermarkets less than 5 minute walk and adequate kitchen facilities for cooking meals for a family.

Comfortable big flat, with a good bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, big TV with Netflix (which expired in a few days).
Soundproofing was not really good. Host didn't meet us and it was a nervous quest to get the keys. The closest good supermarket is situated quite long away.

Nice environment, nice living.
The park at the accommodation was noisy until 1:00AM, sometimes until 2:00 AM hours.
