The Urban City Walk unit is the perfect place to stay, located in the heart of Downtown Melbourne yet only 3 miles from the beautiful Florida beaches! Enjoy the Urban City Walk's unique design, it incorporates the big city rustic style with a modern flare! There are many custom hand crafted design pieces throughout the unit, it is a must see!
From Fantastic dining, shopping, and night life is all within walking distance through Historic Downtown Melbourne! For those who enjoy nature and a brisk walk/run, the Melbourne causeway is less than a mile away and there you can often see dolphins swimming and many other amazing wildlife! The Urban City Walk in Downtown Melbourne is the perfect getaway or refuge for leisure or business travel!
This duplex property is centrally located so you can enjoy all the Space Coast has to offer! Many famous attractions are an hour or less from The Urban City Walk unit in Downtown Melbourne. Disney, Universal Studios, Volcano Bay, Kennedy Space Center, Ron Jon’s Surf Shop in Cocoa Beach and Port Canaveral just to mention a few. There are also many fun things to do in Melbourne such as canoeing in Turkey Creek, jet skiing in the Indian River Lagoon, and paddle boarding and surfing in Melbourne Beach! Also, enjoy Sea Turtle season, May- October, we are the largest sea turtle nesting area in the USA. This is a 1 bedroom, one bath unit, the Suite offers a King size pillow top mattress and sitting area.
The full bathroom offers tub/shower combination so you can soak for a bit or grab a quick shower!
You can also watch your favorite movies or TV on Roku streaming in the living area on the flat screen television. WiFi is available and all utilities are included during your stay.
The full size kitchen with bar area is equipped with gas stove, microwave, fridge, toaster, full size coffee maker, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, and dishes which provide the option to prepare your own home cooked meals. The unique hand made penny counter tops create the perfect place to entertain or enjoy a glass of wine at the bar! There is a shared laundry room is also available onsite, with full size washer and dryer. Parking is available on the West side of the property along raised planter right by the entrance to the Urban City walk.We look forward to having you as guests at the Urban City Walk!

The area, weather and food was fantastic. The place was in a nice location, housekeeping could do a little better job. We thought the place was cute but the blinds and the ceilings around the AC/heat Circle vents had a lot of dust maybe a little mold. All in all it was a nice trip and break from Michigan

Second floor walkup, would be inappropriate for handicap or infirm guest. Very well decorated, functional unit.
