About this house rental
Former farmhouse of 98m² with its low exposed beams and its mansard roof gives it a charm of yesteryear.
It is composed on the ground floor
a living room with fitted kitchen (electric stove with oven, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave, washing machine)
1 bedrooms (1 double bed)
1 bathroom with bathtub and WC
UPSTAIRS
1 bedroom (1 double bed)
1 bedroom (2 single beds)
1 bathroom with shower (low ceiling, ideal for children).
It has an independent entrance, a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue and a private car park which can accommodate up to 3 vehicles.
The household linen (only cloth and cloths) is put at your disposal free from 3 nights.
Pets are allowed ONLY in agreement with the owner.
A 10x5m non-chlorinated fenced pool common to the whole property with deckchairs is available from mid-May to mid-September.
You will find various equipment on site:
(Ping-pong table, soccer cages, badminton / volleyball net, trampoline, board games)
The whole area has been designed to best preserve your tranquility and privacy.
Security deposit:
The amount of the security deposit is fixed at 200 € uros as a guarantee for damage that could be caused to the premises, to the furniture or object furnishing the premises. If this deposit is insufficient, the tenant agrees to pay the difference. However, in the event of litigation, only the court of the places of the judicial district where the rented places is will have jurisdiction.
This deposit will be returned to the tenant on the day of his departure or at the latest 45 days after his departure.

Les hôtes sont adorables , la.loc est équipée et pensée pour le plus de confort avec jeux à dispo et superbe piscine!

Ceilings too low, particularly upstairs, my wife hit her head almost everyday, flies were a constant and impossible to get rid of. Saving grace was the pool area which was excellent.
