About this house rental
Located 15 minutes from the Puy de Fou Park and 1 hour from the Vendée beaches, the house of "Hope" welcomes you in a natural and peaceful setting (200m from the lake). This new accommodations are close to all shops (within a radius of 1km, SUPER U, Lidl, pharmacy, medical center, cinema "L'Echiquier", aquatic center...).
You can stroll through the old town and discover its alleys and mosaics, its old castle, its wood of folly, its lake and its 2 churches.
The accommodation
The house of "Hope" is an accommodation, with PMR (People with Reduced Mobility) standards, with 2 bedrooms, one with a bed of 140x200 and the other with a bunk bed 90x190 and a single bed 90x190 (sheets provided at an extra cost). A bathroom with a shower (towels not provided) and a toilet.
Bring your shower and towels.
The main room includes a fitted kitchen (oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, 12-15 cup coffee maker), a dining area and a lounge area (sofa bed 140x190, a television). It has free Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

The house of "Hope" can accommodate up to 7 people thanks to its 2 bedrooms and the sofa bed. Just built, you will be comfortably installed. The main room has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave, a "Tassimo" coffee maker, an induction hob. A 12-15 cup coffee maker is also available.
In the lounge area, you can use the TV with its WIFI connection. A bay window will allow you to appreciate the outdoors. Since the house is brand new, we do not have a terrace at the moment but that will not prevent you from eating outside thanks to the outdoor lounge.
The advantage of this house is that it is accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM).
The Lake of Hope (5 hectares) allows you to enjoy a natural area, in a friendly atmosphere. Children will be able to enjoy a playground and you can relax by swimming with its equipped beach, all summer long. On site, fishermen and walkers will also be able to enjoy this place.
You will have the pleasure of visiting the eleventh century castle, emblem of the Petite Cité de Caractère. It offers an exceptional view of the Vendée bocage! It is THE place to discover before leaving Pouzauges.
Around Pouzauges, you can continue your visits by discovering some cultural highlights such as the essential Manoir des Sciences de Réaumur (10 minutes), the castle of St Mesmin (15 minutes), the Bell Tower of Saint Michel Mt Mercure, the highest point in the Vendée.
