La Grande maison de Philomène is a spacious, 3-star, atypical cottage, located in a small quiet street in the town center of Les Epesses 3 kms from the Puy du Fou.
With its pretty flowered garden and its shade cloth, its portico of swings, this house which combines the charm of the old and modernity will offer you rest and relaxation after your visit to the Grand Parc.

2 bathrooms (towels provided),
with its pretty little garden, can comfortably accommodate from 3 to 7 people (or exceptionally 8 or 9 with the use of the sofa bed).

On the first floor (3 beds):
dining room open to the garden, adjoining kitchen area;
TV lounge (sofa bed 140) / sleeping area with a 90 sofa bed;
small laundry room with a toilet and sink;
1 bedroom (140 bed);
Bathroom with shower and sink. (This newly created shower room is not contiguous to the bedroom).
Upstairs (3 beds):
2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with a 140 bed, 1 bedroom with two 90 beds);
Bathroom with a bath-shower and a bidet;
WC.
In the fully enclosed garden:
- table and chairs under shade sail;
- Weber barbecue
- swing set
You will enjoy the comfort of the gîte:
All windows overlook the quiet garden.
- comfortable beds. Bed linen is provided but beds are not made. Sheets are washed in a laundry.
