「書籍」1樓大廳的書籍不少，可以提供住宿旅客攜回房間看，待退房時再歸還，這點很讚！ 「冷氣」房間的冷氣非常冷！房間有充足的陽光（這點我個人是蠻喜歡的） 「洗手間」乾燥速度算快、水壓也大！
「房間大小」如果想要體驗日本inn系列的住宿，這裡可以讓你1秒就體驗到！我是選擇22平方公尺，確實就如商品圖片中的呈現（兩者間 我腦袋存在著問號的空間） 「隔音效果」不是太好。樓層的飲水機按壓ㄅㄧㄅㄧ聲，房間門的開關聲，都可以聽得到。旅社坐落在一個不熱鬧的巷子裡。 「枕頭」算是旅宿界好睡的，但容易脖子敏感過敏的同行人，依然是過敏了！
