Reverse living with 6 BRs, 4 1/2 baths, and 4 decks (each w/water view) accommodates 12 ppl/ 3 families: 1 Queen MBR suite w/own bath and private deck; 2 Queen MBRs each w/own bath; 2 Twin BRs, each having 2 twin beds; and 1 Bunk BR having a two-twin bunk bed. 1st Floor Family Room w/55” smart TV* and deck; 2nd Floor Living Room w/55” smart TV* and fireplace opens on full K-DR area w/Sonos sound system and seating for 12. Dine watching sunset over bay on veranda w/9’ table and ample seating.
Has wi fi, ping pong in garage, outside shower, front-load W-D, propane grill. Parking for four-five cars on 60’ lot. One quiet block to serene Holgate ocean beaches. Steps from corner municipal park w/tennis and basketball courts, playground for small children, and shallow bay beach. Three blocks from Forsythe Wildlife Preserve. Four minute drive (or nice bike ride) to center Beach Haven.

Our family had a very enjoyable vacation at the house! It is well equipped and very comfortable. It is a very short walk to the beach - you do need to cross a main rd. Communication with the host was easy and pleasant.

This property was absolutely amazing for myself, my sister, and girl cousins long weekend away. This was the perfect house for 12 of us as there were so many bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, and decks. It was such a short walk to the beach as well as restaurants and bars in Beach Haven. This was such a wonderful weekend and Josephine was so helpful and attentive, I can’t thank her enough!

This was a lovely place, very comfortable and spacious and welcoming. Fully equipped kitchen, fabulous views of sunsets over the bay and a block from the beach. Josephine is a very caring and responsive host - she was just wonderful and we so enjoyed our stay there!

Definitely a 5 star house!!! This house is in an excellent location on LBI and the house itself is awesome! Clean, very well maintained and everything we needed! Josephine is so easy to communicate with and very responsive. Wish we could have stayed longer!!! When we return to LBI we will definitely look to rent this house again.
