We stayed at this house in Haven Beach, LBI, with 10 people from our family, and it was perfect for our group. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out without feeling crowded. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to a beautiful, quiet stretch of beach that never felt crowded. We loved that it was close enough to Beach Haven for all the restaurants, shops, and activities, but far enough away to enjoy peace and relaxation when we wanted it. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a beach getaway. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, making the whole experience easy and stress-free. The decks at sunset were amazing. Great for selfies! We’d definitely stay here again!

Loved this gorgeous beach house — it was absolutely perfect for our multi-generational family of 14. The location couldn’t have been better — minutes from the beach and right across the street from the bay, with great restaurants nearby. The multi-level layout gave everyone plenty of room to spread out, but also great spaces to come together for meals, games, and hanging out. The amazing decks offered spectacular sunsets, and we enjoyed our coffee outside every morning, overlooking the bay. The basement with ping pong was a hit with the teens, and having kayaks, beach carts, and beach chairs available was a nice bonus!Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and multiple refrigerators came in handy with such a big group. Karen was a fantastic host, always quick to respond and incredibly helpful from start to finish. This newly built, spacious house in LBI is gorgeous inside and out! Highly, highly recommend!
