Would 1,000,000 recommend and definitely stay again

Everything was immaculate and all the fittings were of an extremely high specification. It felt like pure luxury. The parking garage was so convenient. The location was spot on. The owner had left Prosecco, nespresso pods, bottled waters and cookies / crisps which were a lovely touch.

The only tiny weeny grumble would be the light ingress (very early in the summer mornings) from the skylight - but it didn’t bother us that much at all. If you’re woken easily or can’t sleep unless it’s pitch black it could be a little issue - but it didn’t stop us going back to sleep.

Had a fantastic time in a beautiful place, beautiful location just a shame no air-conditioning in the long room.

The long room was exceptional, full of mod cons comfortable and in a superb location. It has everything you need for your stay. The kitchen and bathroom are amazing. What more could you want??

Due to the weather being so hot this year The property would seriously benefit from air-conditioning, or some serious ventilation. The room was 30 plus degrees most of the time. We left a day early because of it. such a shame because it wouldn’t cost a lot just to get a portable air-conditioning unit inside there somewhere. Also, the glass roof is a fantastic feature, but it would benefit from Blinds that can be drawn so that you can sleep this would also help with the heat. If you wanted to leave your windows open at night, you got the smell from the bins from the bar below which wasn’t very nice.

Lovely place for a couple's stay in Central Padstow

Wonderful location. Plus they were really accomodating when thw St. Ives Bay hotel unilaterally cancelled our reservation there at the last minute. We cannot say how brilliant Sarah and her staff were. We will be back.

Luxurious

The facilities provided were excellent and has been finished to a very high spec. You are provided with 2 hand towels, 2 bath towels and 2 bath robes which all felt extremely good quality. The garage and accommodation felt extremely secure and you felt as if you were in your own private bubble inside. Great location for the harbour and shops (literally seconds). Everything you need on hand. Owners very friendly and Padstow Property Management were extremely attentive and had great communication. We had already been staying in Padstow but decided to extend our stay for a further two nights and The Longroom was available due to a last minute cancellation, this made it an excellent end to an already wonderful holiday. Will definitely return to The Longroom!

Fantastic property. Sarah & Martin were fabulous. Location was amazing & the whole apartment was extremely luxurious. Having a garage in the centre of Padstow is an amazing luxury. We felt spoilt from the moment we arrived. We will definitely go back..one of the best places we’ve ever stayed.
