About this house rental
I love my nice Victorian house with a touch of art deco and a wonderful homey living area and I hope you will love it too. This is a family house that is lived in and not a showcase, but you will find all the amenities you need within clean facilities. I aim to provide guests a 'home away from home'. During your stay I will provide you with simple breakfast including coffee & tea.
This is a medium size double bedroom in a 2-person 2-bedroom house share in a lovely terraced house on a quiet street close to city centre, railway station and A331, ideal for short contract workers in Farnborough and area. There is usually sufficient roadside parking available. This is a room available for short, intermediate or longer term.
Smokers are an absolute no-no. Please note the additional House rules & description.
The double bedroom is approx. 12m2, with a standard double (coil-sprung mattress) bed, desk and chair and wardrobe. This house has a good size living room which will be a shared space. The same applies to kitchen, bathroom and rear garden. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and generous fridge freezer. There is a hot-fan oven.
The garden in the back will be nice to chill out on Summer evenings.

Prior to my arrival, Ron sent me a lot of photos of the house and useful information about the location. I needed to leave the luggage before the check-in time, Ron was very understanding and he arranged all the necessary to let me enter in the house before expected. He was really welcoming and a very communicative person, he explained where I could find all I needed in the house, he offered me breakfast and full use of the kitchen and other common areas. The room was nice and the bed was really comfortable, I felt at home. The house is located only a short walk from the train station and the nearby supermarkets. I do recommend Ron and his accommodation.

The room was very beautiful and quiet. The bathroom was nice. All the house was very clean.

I've stayed with Ron a few times for work reasons, and always found him and his house welcoming. The bed is comfy, the coffee is good, and Ron is always friendly and approachable. Would recommend.

We spent a great time at Lotus Pod House.
Ron was an amazing host, extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was always clean (fresh bed linen and towels were always provided). The bathroom has a big shower and a bath and the kitchen has all the amenities you need to cook a great meal. Ron made us feel welcome throughout the five months we stayed there and it became like a second home. First bus stop is only 2 minutes away, main bus station and train station only 10 minutes walk.
