The Hardy Room

It was a basic small double bedroom. The Bed was very comfortable. The heating could have been better and I couldn't get any channels on the tv but as I was only staying for one night I didn't bother about the tv. They did address the heating issue although it still wasn't very warm. It was only £48 per night so I still felt it was value for money. The shared bathroom was a good size with a large shower and was clean.

The advert stated parking which was important to me. There was parking but in the very narrow residential road where the house was situated. As it was on a Saturday there were no spaces left so had to park in the next road along.

Only 30 minutes walk from the town centre, lovely communal kitchen whilst the room I had was spacious and allowed me to have a great level of privacy to relax

great location for my needs near the racecourse. super comfy bed, and easy to access the property.

parking was a walk away in the park, but had a cut through during the daytime
