There is a free parking on site over the night. It looks quite around. It's very basic and simple, but it's fine for one night. The lady was kind which is good. You can decide from the video if it's good enough for you: https://youtu.be/nA_uWaZbc28
There are people who live in the living room and someone slept on the sofa in the morning so it's difficult to use it even when they said that I can use the living room and the kitchen. It's not so bad for that price, but definitely it's possible some renovation to be more comfortable and pleaser for the people.

Spacious bedroom, fridge and microwave provided, clean sheets and towel, and the bonus factor was having a standing fan (especially with the heat we are having now!). Also, tea and coffee plus a water filter jug as well as a bottle of mineral water in the fridge. Lastly, the host was extremely friendly, could not ask for a better host! A+++
Nothing at all at this price, just happy with my stay!
