At the right height of building level 7 and being at end off building you had 240 decree views of mountain range and water Views. close to everything, can leave car there and walk every where 15 minute walk Rusty's Market and 15 minute walk to cairns central shopping center and Cairns railway at back off it allows access to trains and Kuranda train. walk out front door turn right and you have all your restaurant turn left and RSL is next door. Bowl of fruit was also nice on table left by host.
Air-Con ran out of gas after first day there, Not owners fault just one of those things that happens. so had no air-con for next 6 days we were there but there was a nice cross breeze from the back. just had to close sliding door at night as Mozzie were flying in as no Fly screen door for air flow

Its location to great views and restaurants. It was an easy pick up spot for our tours and taxi. Easy parking for our rental car with accessible lift to our room as we had two big suitcases. Our bedroom was air conditioned for a great nights sleep. Bed was comfortable. I liked the make up mirror in bathroom. We moved around the apartment comfortably.
The chairs were a bite old. One kitchen bench chair when sitting on it kept going down. The dinning chairs felt like the springs were no longer holding firm. We prefer single chairs in the TV area and higher to get out of with ease. We prefer doona over a bedspread.

The property was very clean, has all cooking and washing facilities, very comfortable accommodation in a great location, with an amazing view. We were able to walk to restaurants, Cairns Aquarium, museum, train station and the marina. We were very happy staying at the Cairns Oceans views.
