'Central Plaza' Adjacent Apartments with Rooftop Pool

The location is convenient, right in the city and close to the shopping centre, Woolworths, and the esplanade

The staff were very rude and unwelcoming. When we arrived and asked for assistance, the receptionist didn’t even greet us or say hello. One of the staff members told us they couldn’t help us simply because we booked through Booking.com, saying they would only assist guests who booked directly with them. This was very disappointing and unprofessional.

ケアンズ一番のショッピングセンター最寄り ホテルではなく普通のアパート ショッピングセンターのスーパーマーケットでデカいステーキや丸鶏をアパートで料理して食べられます 相談事があればbooking .comへのメッセージで解決します 何よりの利点は洗濯機！ ファミリーでの滞在ではかなり有用です。 ナイトマーケットやビーチ、カジノも徒歩圏内。 また、利用したいです。 蛇足ですがケアンズの人は寿司が好き。 日本では食べられないスパイシーチキンいなりやエビフライアボカドロールなどお試しあれ。

Location was superb, extremely central in down town Cairns

We booked for five adults, but fifth roll out bed dominated and ruined the usability of the two adjacent bedrooms and joint living area, kitchen. Wasn't a good layout for five adults although would have been fine for four adults. But we booked and paid for five, with associated expectations. Two pools, which was good, but only a few pool chairs, totally inadequate for number of hotel guests.. We arrived late after advised eta of 5:00pm, at 10 to 6, but reception was closing up, for a quick get away, thus a rushed and less than friendly check in overly eager to close up and depart.
