Lovely saltbox in private community of Lion Head Beach Association in East Hampton, Springs. Easy access just down the street to walkable private beach, a second private beach with more expansive sand is just a short stroll through away or just a 5 minute drive. More expansive beach sits on the community's private marina, watch boats come to/from all day as you lounge the afternoon away. Picnic tables and BBQ grills available at the marina for your sunset meals. Both beaches, with warm waters and calm surf, are on the bay and are perfect for family outings.
House is surrounded by lush greenery and has ceiling to floor windows allowing for nature to be experienced from wherever you are in the house....a very tranquil experience.
