This unique 1960’s mid century tech built home is located on the salty water inlet of gardners bay. The ever changing seasons and weather never fail
In providing the eye with views galore! Surrounded by trees and water, this home has it all to enjoy a peaceful get away from the hustle and bustle of city or stress in life.
Want some time on the water? The house comes with 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards to go enjoy a full moon paddle or day time bay excursion. Come out and enjoy the serenity of winter in the Hamptons by the original 1960’s wood burning fire place. Enjoy sun all day or sunset cocktails on the upper deck. Webber BBQ and kitchen stocked for all needed tools for dinner.
New master bathroom with modern fixtures heated doors are all in. Guest bathroom is also radiant flooring for those coming in the off season.
Private beach access as well as we are part of the Clearwater beach unique community.
The house is year round which allows for off season enjoyment as much as in season.

This house is amazing and a fantastic location right on the water with direct access for paddleboarding and Kayaks provided. House is gorgeous and well maintained. Property is stunning. Amazing spot and location for anyone who wants to enjoy this area.

We stayed at Andrea's house for a weekend and it was all we hoped it would be and more! The house was stocked with everything you would need (fully stocked kitchen with cooking tools, dinnerware and serve ware; plush towels; bath robes; aesop soap; Sonos speakers; and more!) Super comfortable beds. Amazing showers. The multilevel deck out back was lovely during the mornings, daytime, and evenings. Best of all, Andrea was incredibly responsive with speedy replies to all of our questions before and during our trip.
