About this house rental
This beautiful and spacious 4 bdrm (3.5 bath) with a 20’x45’ heated pool and large backyard is the perfect oasis for a relaxing family vacation! This pristine home is on a quiet, tree-lined street and near to Gerard Drive, Maidstone Beach, the Springs farmers market, and Springs hot spots like Si Si and Rita Cantina. Ready to expand your horizons? Drive to nearby East Hampton village, Amagansett, or Montauk to enjoy ocean beaches, restaurants, and shops.
Don't feel like going far? Stay at the oasis and lounge by the pool or on outdoor patios. Cook up a feast on the Weber grill or in a modern kitchen with high-end appliances. Relax by the fire, enjoy the central AC or open up the sliding doors for fresh country breezes. Two large en-suite master bedrooms (one king, one queen) downstairs have direct access to outdoor patios. One master also includes a large side room facing the backyard, which can be used as sitting room, study, play room, or nursery. Two upstairs bedrooms (1 with twin beds; the other with a queen bed) share a large bathroom with double sinks and a sitting area with a pull out sofa, tv, books, and board games. Ping-pong, house bikes, and laundry in basement. This great rental offers everything you need for quintessential Hamptons summer days.
While small family gatherings are most welcome, large parties are not allowed. Guests who hold large parties or don't properly care for this home will be asked to leave and will forfeit their deposit.

Sue was great and was always available to answer our questions. The place is beautiful and spotless. The design of the house was well thought out. We got to enjoy the entire house especially the heated pool. We would recommend this place to anyone. We totally loved it. We will Definitely come back. Perfect stay.

My fiancée and I recently stayed at Sue's home in East Hampton. The home, including its furnishings, are immaculate and brand-new. In addition to multiple furnished patio areas, the backyard, which is spacious and private, offers a pristine, oversized pool. The home is in an excellent location--a short drive to Amagansett ocean beaches and downtown East Hampton. Before and during our stay, Sue was incredibly responsive, helpful, and flexible. In short, Sue's home is perfect, and provides unmatched value, especially as compared to other rentals in the Hamptons.
