About this house rental
Come and spend your holidays in this magnificent designer villa with all comfort, overlooking the vineyards. The villa is new and dates from 2018 with underfloor heating, it is composed of a large living room with dining room and open fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, built-in coffee machine, fridge, hob, extractor, island 6 seats).
On the ground floor you have a guest toilet, a master suite of 45 m2 with bedroom, dressing room, separate and private toilet, bathroom with Italian shower, double sink. On the ground floor also an office of 11 m2, a cellar equipped with a second kitchen with hob, fridge, freezer and sink. A 45 m2 garage.
Upstairs, a mezzanine-office, separate wc, a master bedroom with balcony and a dressing room, a bathroom with Italian shower. Two other spacious bedrooms with balconies overlooking the vineyards. Also upstairs is a third bathroom with Italian shower, freestanding bathtub and double sink. A laundry room (ironing board, cupboard). Each bedroom has a fitted wardrobe with wardrobe and shelf. You will benefit from a private swimming pool of 14 x 5 m with a pool house equipped with a barbecue, an outdoor bathroom and a bench on a wooded plot of 4000 m2. When we arrived the villa wasn't very clean but besides that a very nice, well decorated, spacious villa. The kitchen and poolside were well equipped. The host was very friendly and helpful. Everything you need for a pleasant holiday!

La maison est moins propre et moins bien entretenue que sur les photos (le dessous du lit du RDC ne semble pas avoir été nettoyé depuis longtemps vu ce qu’on peut y retrouver...). L’accueil a été fait au pas de course en 5-10 minutes mais Claire était disponible par gsm ou whatsapp. La pelouse mériterait d’être tendue afin d’avoir moins de moustiques. Au sinon, la maison est conforme à la description et elle est très bien placée pour visiter la Gironde. Quand même un peu déçu du rapport qualité/prix.
