Villas Costa Brava Villa Ságulla Beautiful house with access to Ságulla Cove

I had extremely high hopes for this stay, and they were exceeded by miles. We were a party of eight, with children and extended family. Everyone was comfortable, the rooms were clean and well-appointed, and the spaces were thoughtfully laid out. The kitchen had everything we needed. I knew from satellite imagery prior that this would be somewhat private, but I was astounded at the sanctuary feel of this estate. We watched spectacular sunrises almost every morning, listening to a chorus of birds. I could not have asked for better. I recommend shoes with good grip on the soles for the trails to the sandy beaches outside of the property walls, and that those trails will not be suitable for those who are not capable of short, steep hikes. We will be returning, absolutely.

This is an awesome house situated on a large piece of private property at the end of a private cated road. It has multiple access to the balaeric Sea. A lovely pool, and a very well appointed house with bedrooms that easily sleep eight. We spent a month at the house, enjoyed almost everything about it. The exception was that, despite numerous requests, the owners left the stepped ponds outside the house stagnant so that they were festering grounds for mosquito hatching every day. Given that it was warm out and that there were no screens in the windows, this made for rather unnecessarily miserable evenings and nights. . It also meant that we couldn’t really spend any time enjoying the patio deck where there is a beautiful table near the pool That would’ve been ideal for dinners.. In the very last two days we were there, the pools were finally filled and flowing and treated, and the mosquitoes almost completely disappeared. We were disappointed that this was not handled better, as it was both unsightly, and unpleasant. If the owners and the property agents can get their act together to keep these clean and get a few screens in a few windows, it would be five stars every time.
