Elegant newly built villa "Sicilyhome", completely independent with 6 beds located at c. to. 500 meters from Marzamemi beach and 1.5 km (1 minute by car) from S. Lorenzo.
The villa consists of two bedrooms upstairs with a shared balcony overlooking the property. The first bedroom has a double bed; the second bedroom has two single beds, with the possibility of a double bed. Bathroom with shower. The ground floor has a kitchen, living room with sofa bed and bathroom. the villa has a large outdoor area with a roofed terrace where there is a large built-in kitchen with barbecue and shower after the sea.
The house is very comfortable, located in a quiet, cool and ventilated area, equipped with TV, washing machine, fridge, espresso machine, dishes and anything else you need for common use, linens (beds - kitchen - bathroom)
