About this house rental
The house is equipped with every comfort, is treated in detail, with air conditioning, parquet floor, mosquito nets to all windows, has a large terrace to dine caressed by the sea breeze. And 'situated in a village with guard, tennis courts and football, pizzeria. It has direct access to the private sandy beach equipped with umbrellas and sun beds; house guests will have umbrellas and sunbeds personal included, possibility to enjoy the bar and the security service. The house is located in the area of Marzamemi quieter, (the one below the town of Noto) next to the beautiful beaches of St. Lorenzo and the reserve of the UNESCO. With a walk lungospiaggia you can reach the beautiful and lively center of Marzamemi offering clubs, restaurants, pubs, music, shows and entertainment for every taste. For those interested in the artistic beauties, as we stand at the heart of the Sicilian Baroque, by car you can reach the city of Noto, Modica, Ragusa, Scicli etc. or the natural beauty of the reserve Cavagrande and Vendicari. A 6 km Porto Palo, the island of currents with its dunes and white sandy beaches with shallow water of the Mediterranean

The flat is fully furnished and there was everything you need just for the 1st day before you can go shopping. There was even a bottle of water and a bowl of peaches ready for us. There was also a sturdy parasol, bucket, folding chairs for the beach, a buggy, hairdryer, large barbecue and much more.
From the large terrace you have a beautiful view to the sea.
You can easily walk the 200m. There was still a lot of seaweed on the beach until mid-June, but it was still very Caribbean. Besides, the seaweed had just been cleared away. Depending on the wind direction you can also go to the southwest side (Carratois approx. 20min by car). Both beaches are ideal for children as the water is very shallow.
The handover was very friendly and we were asked twice if we were comfortable.
I can definitely recommend the accommodation and we will gladly go there again.

Lovely property - well equipped - fantastic location near beach with own sun loungers etc. and walking distance into town. Owner and their contact very friendly and helpful. Would recommend!
