The rooms, the stay, the location — everything was fabulous and definitely worth the money. But honestly, I want to talk about one person who made our stay even more special. Mohammed Ashveed ❤️ He was not just a manager to us. He was more like a brother throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel so comfortable and was always ready to help us with literally anything. He prepared a proper itinerary for all 4 days, sent us all the locations on WhatsApp, suggested the best places to visit, and even helped us get some really good coffee powder. He went out of his way to help us, even with things that technically weren't his responsibility. We spoke a lot during our stay, and somewhere along the way, he genuinely felt like one of our own. It's honestly difficult to put into words how nice and helpful he was. Whenever we were confused about where to go, we could simply ask, “Ashveed bro, where should we go?” 😂 and he would take care of the rest. The room was comfortable, the stay was budget-friendly, and the location is really convenient for visiting the major viewpoints and places around Coorg. You can stay here and explore Coorg without worrying too much about planning everything yourself. If you're reading this review and planning a trip to Coorg, I would genuinely recommend this place. Not just because of the rooms or location, but because having someone like Ashveed around makes the whole trip so much easier and enjoyable. Ashveed bro, you're a gem of a person. ❤️ Thank you for making our Coorg trip even more memorable! 🫂

I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Ashweed at the hotel's front office. He was exceptionally professional, polite, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. He handled my check-in smoothly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I had a comfortable stay. His friendly attitude and excellent customer service truly stood out. Thank you, Mr. Ashweed, for making my stay so pleasant. Highly recommended!
